I moved here 5 years ago and have never regretted it. The majority of the residents are great, friendly and courteous, management is always helpful, the location is perfect - across the street from City Park, the streetcar, and within walking distance of a number of festivals. There are excellent restaurants nearby.

Amazing location and the most friendly staff and neighbors. I love living here, and it’s only been a couple of months! Trash, laundry, and all other amenities have been super easy to access.

I love where I live! Once I’m home inside my apartment nothing else matters….it’s peaceful and quiet. My view of the bayou brings me much joy, to watch my neighbors walk their dogs and kayak along with those who take their walks in City Park. I can sit in my window and be at peace all day and night.

Truly I love living at Esplanade. Management is incredible and the facility is amazing. I appreciate the maintenance and how well the building is being taken care of. The new changes are amazing. Location could not be better. I am so proud to call this place home. Thank you Esplanade!
