Permission to Enter

The Esplanade at City Park takes pride in providing you the security and resources you deserve. This Permission to Enter form will allow your visitors to enter your apartment when you are not available. Visitors may include family, friends, deliveries, installation or repair by our maintenance staff. This permission is not required and is offered as a convenience to you.

I hereby authorize Management to release a key to my apartment allowing to enter for the following reason(s). I acknowledge that I am requesting the below-referenced service to be completed and hold harmless Management/Owner from any damage or loss of property that may result from allowing access to my apartment.

While we will release a key, at your request and as a courtesy to you, Management/Owner cannot be held responsible for the acts of a third party who is allowed to access to your apartment. If you do not feel comfortable allowing a third party into your home while you are not there, we suggest making arrangements to be at home to supervise the third party.
