Prospective Residents
- Anyonethat visits and tours The Esplanade at City Park receives 1 entry ballot.
Current Residents
- Each resident should receive 1 entry ballot before the campaign officially begins with a note explaining why they are receiving the ballot.
- Management may use 5 extra ballots for discontent residents
- Residents should receive10 entry ballots for every rental payment received on or before the 1st of the month.
New Residents
- New leases will receive 10 chances to win if they lease upon initial visit.
- New leases will receive 5 chances to win if they lease upon second visit.
- (Each person listed on the lease will be given the appropriate number of ballots.)
- If a new resident moves in immediately within 14 days of application approval he receives 10 chances.
Renewing Residents
- The raffle entry ballots should be used in conjunction with Renewals.
Example: - Renew your lease by November 1st and receive 10 chances to win.
- Renew your lease by November 15th and receive 5 chances to win.

Contest Rules
- No purchase necessary to qualify to win the FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR raffle.
- FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or rental special at The Esplanade at City Park or any other property managed by RCG Longview.
- Must be 18 years or older to qualify to win the FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR raffle.
- The maximum rental allowance for the FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR raffle will be up to and will not exceed $20,000.
- The winner of the FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR will receive free rent from January 1, 2009, through December 31, 2009.
- There is no cash value of FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR raffle winnings.
- The FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR raffle offer is valid only at The Esplanade at City Park Apartments located at 3443 Esplanade Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70119 while under ownership of Old Man River Esplanade, LLC and managed by RCG Longview Realty Services, LLC.
- FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR raffle ballot entries will be accepted at the leasing office until 5:00 p.m. (CST) December 15, 2008.
- The winner of the FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR raffle must be present to win.
- The winner of the FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR raffle must go through the standard application process before being approved for the FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR lease term.
- The winner of the FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR raffle must sign a standard lease agreement at The Esplanade at City Park Apartments.
- The winner of the FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR raffle must meet standard qualifications to live at The Esplanade at City Park Apartments.
- If the winner of the FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR raffle does not qualify, another winner will be chosen.
- The winner of the FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR raffle must pay standard application fees and deposits as described in The Esplanade at City Park Apartment Leasing Guidelines.
- Family members of employees and employees of The Esplanade at City Park and/or RCG Longview Realty Services, LLC cannot qualify for the FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR raffle.
- One ballot entry per person, unless otherwise specified in Raffle Guidelines.
- The winner of the FREE RENT FOR ONE YEAR will be required to fill out a W-9 Form and the winner will be issued a 1099 – Miscellaneous Income Statement for winning proceeds.
- The application and interpretation of the Contest Rules, an applicant’s or resident’s qualifications, The Esplanade at City Park Apartment leasing Guidelines and the Raffle Guidelines is reserved to the exclusive judgment and discretion of RCG Longview Realty Services, LLC.
